Early Holley FE carb

trying to identify this carb:
Holley list no. 4129
Ford no. C8ZX 9510 A

Should it have an auto kick down lever?
What's it worth?

I saw that you were at run n gun at mid ohio '98. If that was the last year they were at that track, then I was there, and actually met I think you and your father, as I think you had just acquired the business not long before. Your car was on an open trailer if I remember correctly, that is a chassis was on the open trailer.
