Mike- thanks. I didnt see your post til after I posted the second time. Yea, I was told on the FE site that the valley pan also helps distill any oil vapor, which supposedly helps with the blow-by to the valve covers/pcv valve. I was hoping I could use it, but it's never mentioned in the info pages that comes with the intake.
