Default Rear Spring rate

Need suggestions on rear spring rate. Building Midstate cobra with Jaguar rear-end, using 4 coilover shocks, FE 428 engine. Any recomendations on spring rate will be appreciated. Thanks Fastsnake

Default With or without a rear roll bar?

fastsnake There is a big different between a street car spring and shock package and a autocross or road racing package. First you need the correct weights of the car in all 4 corners. Can you lighten the car? Next would be what kind of shocks are you looking for, no adjustment, rebound only, compression only, you then go to the gas or air pressures ones. How much weight is in the car? You alone or with passenger. This is not a simple question to answer without more info and what car is for. Rick L. Ps this is a good question, need more info on car and you first.
