Default Looking for exhaust gasket for FE

I am looking for the part # for the Remflex exhaust gasket.

I have Edlebrock heads # 6008. Does any know the dimension of the exhaust port of these heads?

I don't know about the Remflex but I'm running the SCE dead soft copper header gaskets on my KC FE stage IIs. I think Keith starts out with Ebok's bare 427 head (not sure of the number). The SCE fit a stock port well. I had to open them up a little for Keith's CNC'd heads.

jus' curious, why Remflex?

BTW... Stage 8 locking header bolts are da bomb for our "self-loosening" headers.

The Fel-Pro gaskets Edelbrock recommends for that head are #1442 which has a port size of
Port Height (in): 1.400 in.
Port Width (in): 2.040 in.
So I would say these in Remflex- http://catalog.remflex.com/FORD_Head...t_p/rf3047.htm
or, use Nitroseal 95032SG- http://www.network54.com/Forum/74182...rmance+Gaskets

I have tried the Felpro's that come with the gasket set and I am starting to hear a exhaust leak.

I read on here that the Remflex is a very good gasket and has a 100 % money back guarantee.

DO you guys prefer something else?

Yes, the SCE's that undy suggests. Seven years on one set with no Stage 8 fasteners. Never leaks, never loosens.

Remflex here, 2 years and 2500 miles. No leaks or loosening yet without any type of locking device.
