That was what I figured. I didn't think there was on made that would fit but I wanted to ask. I am just exploring future possibilities.

Default You need a paxton hood on some cars, others---

BBfangs BB I had a paxton 2000 novi under my hood of an ERA. They make the custom hood to fit 2 paxton 1000's under the hood. Depending on the car you are looking at, You can mount ther supercharger backwards. Gessford machine has pictures of a blow through system that fits under some hoods. Alot depends on how high the motor sits in the frame. I wipple supercharger will fit under FFR and SPF cobras. Why are you looking at a blower?? A good made 351W or FE motor will product more power than 95% of the drivers here can handle. The car is also unhappy with added boost above 6 psi. I went to 10 and upset the car too much. TOO much heat is also a problem with nowhere to get rid of it. I added KR-500 louvers on my hood to help, still too hot for me. Water injection is almost manditory for this motor. Most cobra can only handle 500HP and torque. More than this is alot of trouble and a pain in the butt. Rick L. Ps it is doable but not recommended.

Thanks for the input Rick. I am just fishing around right now for future reference. I understand the heat problems from my race cars. It causes some headaches. Right now I am running a 509 all aluminum block so that is fine for now.
