Got some issues that are over my head. I sure could use some help, advise.
I have the M800 unit.

MoTec have a fairly comprehensive web page with tutorials and the like... including even its own forum. Register and bombs away with your queries and questions... MoTec staff are on hand on the forum and you should get the answers you need.
