Hi Ken,
Sorry to hear you have had problems. I had some glitches as well, sorted out fairly quickly tho and had good advice from Chris at Mass-flo. The MAF signal converter would be a tough problem to find, hopefully a new one will get you going quickly. I asked a lot of questions and searched a lot of forums on the 02 sensor question, primary tube install to be specified distance from head vs downstream install to sample all 4 tubes - options included a spacer block between headers and side pipes with an 02 bung installed but that would move the side pipes out over an inch, some install a heated sensor down where the primaries converge etc. I went with a primary tube install, seems to be working well, not sure it is the best place but the wiring stays hidden well and it is the correct length from the head. How did you do yours?
