Well the rain stopped, cleaned up the Cobra, went out for a drive and it turned out to be expensive!! LARGE rock from a motor home right into the windshield drivers side😡😡😡 2 inch dia spider crack right in my line of sight ! It came across one lane and tagged me. Looks like Finishline will get an order for a new windshield $$$$$$.

Too bad still a good thing it did not hurt anyone in the car. We still sure need the rain in this part of the Northeast. Good Luck getting your windshield changed.

Got the new windscreen from Cobra Valley, Ployglass, nice fit, easy to put in. Now all I have to worry about is big freakin' rock chips in the paint ! The roads here in Corpus are terrible, littered with all kinds of CR_P !!!!!!

Hey Trouble I spent a week in your town quite a few years ago in August. WOW! I left with a whole new respect for you that live in that heat. It is amazing any vehicle survives it. Good to hear about the windscreen fitment.

Hey mdross1, understood about the heat it is smokin' here today and tons of traffic headed to the beach. I run a dehumidifier in the garage because of the heat , helps somewhat but still really hot during the summer months

We tend to stay near water when it gets really hot and humid up here, we live 15 miles inland from the Atlantic. The wife and I do most of our motorcycling and driving the Cobra in cooler weather.
