Hello, I am new to the group. Currently in the very beginning stages of a streetbeast cobra build. Have the whole kit but not the build manual. If anyone happens to have a digital pdf copy of this that they could send my way it would really help me out. Thanks.

Not sure yet. Have a few to choose from. Building as a side project at a body shop. I'm more of the paint and body side my father in law is the mechanical knowledge.

Been rather hectic here at work but we're at a reduced workload throughout this weekend, I'll get you that manual. Just my OPINON and not trying to upset others....but, the foot box is pretty confined on this kit just like most other cobras, but the way ours is designed there is no room for a clutch without doing some cutting to the dash support. I have, since day one wished I had a racing automatic. I have a 5 speed and even with my support cut my left leg rides against what remains of the dash support every time I push the clutch. The kit is designed for a small block, I can say that a 385 series engine leaves little room on the drivers side. In fact I raise the car to change #8plug. Some guys cut a hole in the foot box to get to this plug from inside the car. As far as the clutch issue, you may get in touch with "DamianAZ" and see how he has modified his foot box. Very professional job and he has picked up a lot of real estate around his pedals. Wish I had done it his way

There is enough room for a clutch pedal in these cars and operates very well for the average sized Joe. Feet bigger than size 10 might be cramped. With the 385 in my car and under car exhaust I used a clutch cable from an F150 which works as it should. I know some have modified the foot box, the only mod I still want to do is where my right leg lays against the firewall is to round the edge of the tunnel in that area.
Honestly for me at least once I got used to the pedal arrangement I am very comfortable in all situations. I have owned this car near 25 yrs look forward every year to a good spirited ride.
