Harry, I've vacuum bled them, pressure bled them , had someone pump the pedal and I've gravity bled them. The master cylinder has been bench bled 3 times. Wilwood say part of the problem is too short a pedal. But then they said longer pedal would cause longer pedal travel. I've wondered if the fluid pressure gauge might be off as brakes will lock tight enough that you can't rotate wheel by hand w/little pedal application. I just didn't want to put body on then have to pull master cylinder or bend up new lines.
