I saw your photos and I'm impressed. Perhaps the Kellison design was meant to be a bit more substantial and absorb more energy than the AC. However, my bolt holes don't line up on my bumper brackets. I still need to wollow out the holes more with a round file until the holes meet.
I also noted that the bumpers are inset closer to the body. Did you have to avoid using the rear bumper bar because the boot lid would not close?
