I have driven both, the gt40 I drove was a supeformance, very hard to get in and out of but thats a ford gt40, one thing I love about a cobra is the clear visibility in every direction, both cars had a roush 427 in them, the cobra feels more dangerous because of the wheelbase, and the gt had ac and was a nice cruising car, handled better than the cobra, and I turned faster lap times in the gt, the gt draws alot of attention but no one can see you in it, both cars are awesome, I like the cobra better for its on the edge factor. both were superformance, by the way the cobra draws just as much attention.
