Desperation is not involved. You don't get it.

If someone has an opportunity to buy say a Pre 1973 Porsche 911 at a great price or a great property at a bargain number....They're not a desperate seller. They're just freeing up a pile of money wrapped in something they don't use for something they will!!! And SPEED is the KEY!!!!!!

WIVES especially LOVE the freeing up the $$$$ scenario I just laid out. ALL sides get what they want...My seller gets his new car, or business opportunity, or property. I get the car I'm looking for and his wife doesn't watch 5 figures coming out of the bank account to buy another garage statue!

Long distance transactions can be a pain in the @ss....Especially when you're dealing with a buyer that is clueless when it comes to these cars. I don't need a mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection on any car that I'm buying. I know what I'm doing and won't waste a sellers, or MY time.
