V6 power, and as Real1 suggested, Aventador-esque body queues? I'll go with the minority and boldly state that I'm not impressed (and this coming from a guy that adores the GT).

Instead of comparing it to the old Ford GT, embrace the more upbeat and modern stylings. View the lines for what they are, purpose built to make the car slip through the air more efficiently. Embrace the newer motor, and the dynamics of why they went in the direction that they did, which is longevity, and a perfect powerband for an endurance race or two.

I see the beauty in the original GT40's (all of the body configurations), I see the beauty in the Ford GT's, and I see the beauty in the new Ford GT's.
