The attention to detail is amazing. You must be proud.
I also love the "real-ness" of the build (paint chipping from slip fit pipes, for example).

That is simply beautiful. I'm considering either a mkII superformance or a mkIV RCR like yours. But how much effort is required to get the RCR as original looking as yours? There is a big difference in cost between a superformance & a RCR, but I think you have demonstrated what can be achieved with effort. But how much?

Stuart, RCR has discontinued the Mk IV and I understand it's not available. The Mk IV is very very expensive to build and requires a lot attention to details. I know what a mkII superformance roller cost and you will be spending the same money if you could get a Mk IV. Both are great cars.

FANTASTIC car, great build. Back in 2009 I was going to buy the RCR MK 4 kit, got cancer instead, now that I want to buy it, he no longer offers it.
