Resale would also be a great variance if the car was a kit or a factory produced car. Build standards are individualized by kit ...Manf. stadards consistant by Mana fact. specifications.

Rolling chassis is actually referred to as a "Turnkey minus."

From the "Canadians"

Kit = Kit with loose pieces, some body parts mounted for shipping.
Roller = Rolling chassis with suspension and body installed, maybe other parts as well.
Turnkey Minus = Painted and finished in everyway. Just add motor and tranny.
Turnkey = Running car.

By the way,
A top-shelf turnkey minus car with a show quality paint job and all high end parts runs about $57-63,000 from us or D&D. You can get one hell of a motor for $25,000 as well. Bringing the total cost to around $82,000 for a top-notch running car. My guess is RCR could do the same thing in that range maybe a little higher. The resale on a car like this would bring a higher number than investment. The problem with turnkey cars is that they cannot be produced legally without crash and emissions testings, hence the lack of turnkey cars.
