4160 Accelerator pump question

Stock Holley (4160). In your prayer books, oops I mean the Holley factory instruction sheet, they show TWO nozzle gaskets (ref #117), but I thought i heard that you should only use one. The deepest one. Do you use one or two between the nozzle? I could be hallucinating again. thanx steve
