Default Hurricane-Motorsports.com Forum Login HELP

Is there anyway to log into the owner's forum or "Darkside" at Hurricane-Motorsports.com? Does anyone have a login / password I could use to browse around for a little while? (I tried registering multiple times, but an error page always pops up)

Thanks in advance.

Rick,

You might try to establish a guest login on the forum from the hm-cobra.org jump page. This is a forum established and maintained by a small group of Hurricane Owners, separate from the the Hurricane Texas LLC website.

Both the hm-cobra.org and Hurricane Texas LLC forums have owners-eyes only forums, but the hm-cobra.org forum is frequented daily by builders still in progress and those whose cars are on the road.

Your request to gain access to the darkside will likely go unanswered, in my opinion, but you will find those frequenting the .org site forthwith with regard to any questions you might ask.

You may PM me as well. I am sure a few other active Hurricane Owners will chime in with their suggestions to PM here on Club Cobra as well.

We look forward to seeing you on the owners forum or hearing from you in a PM.

John Shelton

Given that Hurricane's assets, and assumedly its web server/content, are under the loving care of the SEC, I suspect establishing a login is not possible because the company is not operational. If and when the assets are sold, maybe new owners will open the Hurricance company forum up to new membership.

Don't Mike and Rich still run the original owners forum?
RR, you might conntact one of them and see if would give you a login.

I am a Hurricane Motorsports owner but do not have access to the original Hurricane Motorsports forum. I remember browsing that site as a guest and found loads of information. I am sure the "Darkside" has even more info, if I could only get to it!

I think I am going to try to PM Mike and Rich to see what they can do.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

http://hm-cobra.org

Paul Profeck manages the registry and moderates the forum at the above site. He might also be able to help as he has worked closely with Mike and Rich to update the registry and build the owners forum.

I'm in the same boat regarding Hurricane Motorsports "Darkside". My Computer dump all my logo numbers and now I can't get bck in. In the past when this happened I call Mike Arps and he got me back in.
I'm just going to wait until something positive happens before I deal with the web site.

Anytime you are dealing with Lawyers and the government (no offense JAMO and others) timetables are meaningless because of all the BS that has to be filtered out. Plus everyone involved has to have time to cleanly picked the carcass before any resurection can occur.

Clois, I hope some good birds pick the carcass up and do it justice, it's such a great bird in this industry.

It looks like hm-cobra.org is starting to grow, but that website does not yet have near the information that the original HM forum has.

I emailed Paul a while back and he said I should be able to view the public side of Hurricane-Motorsports forum...There is no public side anymore.

Too bad someone could not merge the two forums together. That would be awesome!

Thanks for all the help guys.
