Default dumb question here

eh hem.....I am strongly considering on purchasing or ordering a Back Draft Racing Cobra in the near future and I am undecided on which motor to put into it. But the more I research these Keith Craft engines, the more I like them. My question is, will BDR install these motors in their cars? I don't see them listed as an option on their website. If so which 427 should I go with?

You probably need to ask this on the Backdraft forum site to get a response. Most component/replica manufacturer's like Backdraft and Superformance cannot install the drivetrain themselves - having to leave that to their independent dealers.

Jay is the BDR dealer (Vintage Motorsports) in CT.... They will install a KC engine for you.

James is the BDR dealer (Radical Roadsters) in TX... He primarily installs KC engines in the BDR's he sells.

Both guys are great and both shops are great. I would call both and talk to both and decide who clicks with you better and then buy from one of THOSE two dealers.

I have a KC 408 in my BDR.....

Kevin....
