That's a viable choice, but I'm thinking about what is more mainstream and appeals to a larger buying pool? Yes the '32 Deuce Coupe market is saturated with quite a few players, not to mention FFR's recent kit entry. But the allure of all aluminum bodywork is a game changer for this crowd.

The Kirkham's fixed costs are a given. So you make money with volume. I just can't see Arial Atom-type vehicles having this massive following (other than the fact that they go fast and handle like they're on rails). The local Cars & Coffee meet (Irvine...the grand daddy weekly event) is a good measure of this...I believe two Atom's have been the max # on any given Saturday. Even in car rich So Cal there really isn't this crazy demand for them.

Think about it. They own a MIG jet factory in Poland.

It's the flying car we're all supposed to have by now.

A 1962 Ferrari 250 California Spyder...please...or...or...or...a 1973 Ferrari Daytona. Even a Porsche 356 Speedster would be great too.

Whatever it is, please make it reasonably affordable.

I think it will be a covered car that can bolt to their cobra frame with no modifications.
The wireing harness will have quick connectors also. In the future a weekend will be all you need to take off the Cobra body and put on the new body to enjoy all winter long.
Best guess Willys Coupe body general lines.

Perhaps one of these: Cheetah, McLaren M8, Porsche 917, Lola T70
One does not see them frequently and they are arguably charismatic machines.

The problem with Ferraris, exotic Porsches and the like is sourcing drive trains that in any way replicate the originals.
In my view, you can't have a 250 TR or GTO with anything other than a relatively small V12 and there aren't than many choices for those.
The same goes for the Porsche 917, where are you going to get an air-cooled flat 12?

Paul, I haven't got a clue where you would find a drivetrain for a Ferrari, although I'm sure the Kirkhams could engine something in there, but the 356's and 550's can be sourced with Porsche, VW or Subaru drivetrains from what I see in the kit-Porsche market.

After looking at the entire Billet Car book online, I don't believe there is anything that the Kirkham's can't make themselves (short of casting blocks and heads). So the 250 TR is still in play.

What I WISH would be for Da Boys to bring over some of Gerry's Stratos reproductions...even start doing them in arruminum.

A Dino V6 in it would be mucho muy goodo, but even a PRV would do nicely and probably be easier to live with.

Can you put the V-12 out of a jag in it?

Hey Jamo,

My brother has an aluminum Dino V6.
All the cache of a Fiat with all the cash of a Ferrari.
After giving him a ride in the Cobra, he said, "I'm not interested in going fast".
Gotta love him.
