Default oil line routing & chassis positioning, need pictures....

I have done a search of the forum and talked to Jeremy at Kirkham.

The connections that Jeremy instructed me to complete are different than what is shown here:

Oil Cooler Fittings

No issue there, I just wanted to post that for everyone's situational awareness. I can figure out who is right, although it may involve pumping a couple of quarts of oil through the engine.

Also, can someone please post a picture of how the lines are positioned in the chassis?!?! The adapter block has both ports in the same plane and phase. I can't figure out how to position the lines to get the oil hoses and the oil pressure sensor all attached to the block, at least not without putting the hoses in a bind or rubbing on the steering shaft or RF brakeline.

I am using the Kirkham's oil adapter block, o-ring swivel fittings and hoses. All of my hose ends are 90 degree fittings.

I found it easier and tidier to use a 45 from the filter to the cooler, the rest were 90's. The ERA diagram shows it pretty well but if you need photos I have a few ref pics I could e-mail you.

Gentlemen,

Thanks for the assistance. I was able to talk to Sandwich at the "office" this morning and only time will tell whether or not I can follow simple instructions.

Thanks again, and I'm sure that I will have another gumption trap (for those of you who have read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance) to solve shortly.
