David,
Wonderful recital !
A lot of talent and a lot of hard work went into that. Beautifully played, thanks for sharing.

Thank you both for your kind words.
Over the years I have come to understand talent is usually hard work. There are no wonder pills. There are no secret passwords. There are no magic spells. There are no computer programs that can make you play. No one can do it for you. Only you can succeed.
Life is made up by what you decide to do with your time. Learning a sonata, a nocturne, or a concerto may take months; but, those months will pass regardless. After they pass, where do you want to be? Your life is determined by how hard you are willing to work.
He worked very hard to get his left hand up to speed. The left hand is very difficult in this piece. He worked for months--to put on a 2 minute recital. I am most proud of him.

David,
Your son is very talented and obviously works very hard at developing his skills.
There is nothing quite like a household with music. Only one of my daughters kept up her piano playing, but both of my sons-in-law play guitar and sing and when the family all gets together the piano gets a work out and the guitars come out and it is a wonderful time- especially around the holidays.
Thanks for this great garage sale. I was able to pick up a lot of parts I would never have been able to afford otherwise and I even spread the word so a few of my friends could participate in the generosity.
Hope you and yours have a great Christmas and holiday season.
I'm really curious what your new project is now......
Bob

David,
Your son certainly has a wonderful talent. And as you have said ,It takes work but refect very good parenting. What a great potential to develope his capacity thru his future!
So this midnight fantacy sale (EST) is ending Your name has become very familiar here (the post notifications were going to HER computer...OOOPS!)
I guess I start the withdrawal with the following, add to box;
two after market mounts --either length bolt
the ford breathers
Pair of 7/8 inch sway bar brackets.
2-4 FE intake--someday, just checking
Best of luck in your new venture that you've mentioned.
Thanks very much for all this buying opportunity
Joe

Do you want a bracket as well?
Just call the shop and ask for Steve. He will take care of getting the parts shipped.

DNF on the vinyl.
The parts we are selling are really overstock, prototype, and obsolete. (We do have a few of our up-to-date parts thrown in for fun). No, we aren't planning on getting out of the business We have 13 cars we need to deliver right now. I am quite thankful we have so many orders and we are looking for help, especially in these economic times.
I really did just want to build a gym and clean out some parts. I guess I need to post another picture of they gym for you guys. I think I am going to make some new gym equipment today for our workout.

Hey David
Been trying to get through on 801.377.8224 but it's been busy. Should I keep trying that one or is there a better number. I can keep trying, no big deal either way.

David, I think that some thought you might be getting out of the business is proof of just how generous you've been with some of your current parts. A few months ago I thought about calling you for a harness for my new car but I figured even if you were willing to sell it, I'd have to pay a fortune for it. Besides, I've heard stories of other manufacturers who simply won't sell to "non-owners" so I never got around to making the call. I couldn't have been more wrong and it's clear that not only does Kirkham make the best roadster in the business, they are some of the finest people in the business. I'm certain it's not lost on you that it's a much smaller percentage of cobra guys who can swing one of your cars. Making some of the unique pieces available like this was very kind. I will likely never own a Kirkham, but I am very pleased to be owning pieces of one.
Merry Christmas.

Thank you very much for the kind words. I sincerely appreciate them. I am happy some of our old parts (hey, some were brand new) are able to help other people make their dream come true this Christmas time. Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year.

Guys,
Thanks for a great time. I have to end the sale now. Time to get back to putting cars together.
In an effort to include all our friends all across the world who have taken part, the sale will officially end tomorrow morning at 9:00 am MST. I'll have a lot of boxes to pack up tomorrow
Tomorrow we will be on to our next project.
I wish you all a Merry Christmas, a wonderful Holiday season and a most prosperous New Year.
David
