I tried searching for a picture of a 289 street dash in a Kirkham but couldn't find any. I still want one whether it's centered or not. Even if you got it and cut off the bottom and used some .040" aluminum to reform the radius / offset you wanted. It's covered in vinyl / leather. What I can't replicate is the forming on the bottom of the dash and I think that makes the look.
That is if David wants to make me one.
