Very Impressive. Well Done... but how do you go changing nappies? :p
Edit: Nappies = Diapers - For those of you who don't speak English :LOL::LOL: |
No Dimis, a nappie is what I take at around three each afternoon just prior to happy hour!
Arnaud, if our cars sat side by side, people would say, "wow, look at that beautiful work of art sitting next to that beat up prototype." Your car looks amazing! |

You got a deal my friend!

Some interior work today. Should be done next week, the interior that is. I got the part for the EFI from FAST but they sent the actual TPS sensor :face palm: ... I needed the plug to the sensor. So a plug was shipped out yesterday
Quickly taken iPhone pictures... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...d/IMG_0319.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...d/IMG_0321.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...d/IMG_0322.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...d/IMG_0323.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...d/IMG_0327.jpg |
Arnaud sent you another PM, please check it thanks, pete

Wow, looks great. Not too crazy about the shifter knob, but i love the rest.
|
The colors are very "English". I think the black knob would work better, also
|
I kinda like it. Even more so if you have a timber steering wheel :)
I'm pretty jeallous I'm not as tallented :( |
Thanks guys. Yeah it is pretty "English" as it is owned by two Europeans ;) I gotta say that one of the biggest downers in American cars are their interiors, even to this day, although it is sloooowly changing.
I might stain the knob a little darker. The contrast is a bit more than I wanted. Got new pipes on order, to replace the sand filled ones, and I got the plug I needed last week... Getting close! |
Great looking car. I also like the knob, maybe because of my wood-shop days in high school. LOL. Beautiful car. Keep up the pictures!
|
Dark stain might look nice on the knob!

A French guy and a german guy, who own a brit-american car.... Sounds like the beginning of a joke. |
My mom is from Strasbourg, France, I think I my have told you that before and my Uncle Hanz is in the German airforce, they left Germany when the war started and across the Rhine river was France so thats how my mom was born in France, just me rambling, I love the car so far.

Are you planning on installing front pusher fan(s)?

It is a clean look, not sure how much additional cooling the fans add. They do pull some current.
|
You could always put a whisper fan on each side vent.;)
|
Most pusher fans block more air than they add. A puller with a good shroud is a much better solution.
