The Talbot mirrors look incredible!
First question would be are those real Halibrands,
what size / series are the tires..
No locking wire on spinners tells me not real

Thick roll bar and bolt on wheels I'd say FFR.
Also note driver's side quick jack appears to be bent down

It's an optical illusion, it has all the makings of an FFR with the older style halibrand III style fake knock offs.
