Default Spats for rear wheel flares
Does Kirkham sell spats (fabric or metal) for the area on the rear wheels behind where the side pipes exit?

I have a fair amount of chips there and spats would protect that area.

Billy Andrews at HRE sells them in Naugahyde.
They are nice and do not require drilling etc.

Nope, HRE Motorsports of Freeport, NY, owned by Billy Andrews. They build and restore original and replica Cobras.
