OMG, it's back to solid geometry! I didn't think about the tank as a cube with ready measurements. How embarasing! Mr. Hamel would be appalled that I missed this one! I see you live in Gilroy, "Garlic Capital of the World"! Do you know my friend, Mike Pierce of Pierce Manifolds? thanx again. s

Yeah...i built a wing on his house with all of the Weber stuff he's done for me. Super nice guy and exceptionally knowledgeable about those carbs. Great parts supplier as well. s

I am embarrassed to say I do not, Steve. I would love to make the acquaintance.
BTW the tanks are not perfect cubes but the additional work to reduce them to a simple cube is relatively straightforward.

Ed, took a quick peak under there tonight, but will measure tomorrow. Yeah, mine is almost square + 2 side rectangles attached. I think i can handle it! Stop by Mike's shop at 321 Kishimura tell him Steve Meltzer sent you by...really nice guy.

Mine is #142 with the 42 gallon tank. The other tank available was the 30 gallon
tank. Should be able to get close to one of those two capacities with all that calculating!
