Question Lift jack support substructure

I am tryiny to get the correct horizontal dimension between centers for the lift jack attaching bolts, and the hole size in the body itself (front only) for the grommet to go into for a 289 body. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let David know, I don't think they are not vertically the same, top set or bottom set?
