Bill you are the man! What a trek! I love the cover that you made, it is a simple and elegant design. Glad you made it home safe.

To the Kirkham crew, Thanks a bunch!

Thanks to all with the Kirkham family. Not only was this my first trip to Utah it was an awesome experience to meet David, Tom, Mom, and Thomas Sr. And a very special thanks to Sandwich.

You all are truly wonderful people who know how to take care of your customers and make a simply beautiful product. Saying each one is a work of art is an understatement.

Needless to say.... "I'll be back". I'll need a car to go along with my other Kirkham #KMP-SB-0001.

David, Tom, Sandwich! Thank you very much. You guys rock!

All the best,
Frank Johnson

PS. David I'll be in touch with you regarding that scientist friend I told you about.

This could be part of the upgrade plan! I love my new one but the alum bodies are totally awesome!

What do you guys do with the old panels? I figure I might as well start collecting them...over time I might be able to patchwork a complete body. ;)

OMG 1985CCX.
It was a well calulated safety effort. I figure if I got hit almost anywhere the cover would decppetate before: The 40 gallons of gas burnt me to death, the 800lb motor got shoved through my chest, the steering wheel goes stright through my heart, The front cowl collapes and cuts me in half, or the ?????????
The cover was not only cool but made my 24hours on the road very acceptable- it really works.

redd 02-17-2009 05:17 PM

big boss

do you have any spare half covers?:)
