Kirkham Open House February 14, 2009!

Gents:

The annual Kirkham Motorsports Open House will be (as usual) on the Saturday before President's day...14 February. Please mark your calendars NOW! We will have LOTS of fun and FOOD to shake off the winter blues.

Open House begins at 9:00 AM and runs to 4:00 PM. I will post a schedule of events as soon as possible. What would you all like to see/hear this year?

Please let us know if you are coming so we can plan for the food and goodies!

David

Just tell her that the Kirkham boys are now making Dresden Angel replicas and it's an anniversary, of sorts....;)

I would have been delighted to come and visit you, in Utah, but, here in Paris, our big vintage show car, RETROMOBILE, is going to be hold from 6th to 15th of February.
And I have to take care of our booth...

It's a shame that I miss this opportunity to meet your "fun" place!

Damn.... Either you guys or my boss need to pick a new date. ;) This is three years in a row your open house has come on the same weekend the boss it flying me out for our presidents club award trip. I guess if I have to miss it again, Turtle Bay on Oahu isn't a horrible place to be.

Fastdriver,

Here is a picture of my Kirkham parked under your banner at the Le Mans Classic last summer: :MECOOL:

Will you be going to Goodwood?

Regards,
Paul

Sweet looking car there Paul!

I think you should all tell your wives this IS definitely a romantic location!

Speaking of the wives. Maybe I should come up with something really interesting for them this year...any suggestions?

Maybe you could post an update on the Billet car for the wives

Cheerleader and your Mom already told you what to do a few years ago when you were playing with copper...kitchen items (pans, serving plates, etc.).

No worries...I try not to listen to wimmin too much either.

The billet car really took it out of me (and everyone else here). We left a LOT of loose ends in the wind and so I have been spending my time getting everything back in order again.

I have a zillion pics of the billet car. Actually, I am writing a book on the car. It will just take some time to get it all together.

Fly into the Salt Lake City International (SLC) airport.

The most convenient hotel is the Hampton Inn in Orem Utah. It is about 5 minutes from the shop.
