I'm on my second quicktime housing and billet slave setup from Forte and they work beautifully without enlarging the hole.

I'll second what xlr8or says - I have Mike Forte's Quicktime bell with his proprietary custom slave cylinder setup - it's a VERY nice and well engineered setup.
