vent pipe
i had the small vent tube at the top of the filler neck and ran a rubber hose from it to the top of the tank, but now that i think of it that would not vent anything. i guess that other barb was for a fuel injected return from the motor. i will plug it off and run the hose out the back or should i run it to a charcoal box. i have a couple of those laying around. thanks for the reply, the tank does not have foam in it but i plan to get a few blocks from Speedway Motors.
