Damnnnn, I just found out it was the first OEM STROKED MOTORS- Z-28's! (68's - 69's ?) Somebody please pinch me!  
I assure you I will take pictures of everything when I go back. I was so thrilled over the 409's those were the only ones I photographed!

My first new car was a 67 Z28 302. A hell of an engine. Traded it in for chump change on a new 70 Hemi Cuda. I was brilliant at picking the right cars to buy and dumb as a box of rocks when selling them.  |
