Not a bad looking thing...but it just doesn't have that Cobra appeal, IMHO.

I believe the original Cobra body lines are classic and no updates or newer versions are going to appeal as much to us older guys. But that car wold get a lot of looks.
I just got my June copy of Hot Rod yesterday and there is yet another Shelby Mustang being born. It is the Shelby GT500CR. It is being built on a 1967 Mustang body and chassis by Classic Recreations for Shelby and the base price is $119K up to $200K for the fully loaded version. It also stated that his Continuation Cobras built from old chassis he had stored away had been a success so this Mustang should do well also. It looks like a 69 Mustang with the Shelby stuff added on but the motor is new.
