I watched a few minutes of them being questioned before the Congressional Committee and every one of them pointed at another one and claimed it was their fault. They are only interested in their profit and could careless about the mess they are causing. A settlement of $29 million would be a joke. If they get by with that, then they will try to get away with not paying it anyway because of some technicality.
