over the years you see items not necessarily here but everywhere, for sale, and the owner states "don't bother making an offer lower than i'm asking or i'll just use it myself"

ok...then use it yourself, why are you selling it?


the best one is "if it doesn't sell i'm going to take it to the scrap yard...."

like i'm going to be guilted into buying it.......or its so wonderful the only other choice is the scrap pile....

how about you save everyone the trouble and just sell it by the pound since you have now informed the world of the bottom price your willing to take.....

here's a revelation......if it's not selling its a piece of junk no one wants, or,
you are pricing the item(s) too high for the market

My favorite is, MUST SEE! I'm on CraigsList and they provide no picture. If I need to SEE IT so bad, you would be driven to provide a pic no? Hell, I don't care if you don't even know how to rotate your photos, give me a pic!


And when you sell a coffee table with a pic, take the friggin cloth and nick-naks off!

Fred, those type of ads I rarely give more than 2 seconds. "Will not negotiate," the same.
