Wow! Quite a resume. Would be like taking a gun to a knife fight for just a misdemeanor. Thanks for the info.

You should try and keep him from getting a criminal record for fighting (even a misdemeanor fighting charge). A lot of "near-sighted" Human Resource departments will toss his resume for that before it ever gets read on the merits by guys who wouldn't hold it against him.
