Most properties are either not zoned correctly, or the ceiling heights are not high enough for the required paint booth clearances. I've got my eye on something between here and KOP that I can convert over to a MAACO. Inroads have been made, but nothing solid has come about so far. Hence the absolute auction on November 3rd. Better to clean it all out and not have to pay for storage than to continue to shovel money into what could eventually be a bottomless pit.

I see. It's my understanding that it's really all about the 'paint booth' in that business. Regulations, etc. Good luck in finding a new location. |
