Excellent public service info. Certain types of medical conditions can cause interference with the steering wheel causing a very dangerous situation. I have heard if severe cases causing it to become impossible for the driver to blink impairing vision. Very scary. I just bring the wife along to prevent this.

The real problem with the pictured driver, is that he's not smiling.
I always get severe RICTUS when driving my little Cobra.
