Well I hope that is what it is. I have been fighting my sinuses the past week and when I went to my doctor last week for him to remove that thing from my arm he wouldn't do it until I got rid of the cold and my sinuses were back to normal. So he prescribed some antibiotics and I am doing much better but now the medicine has given me the runs. One of it's side effects. I am to go back the 10th for the work on the arm.

Sometimes I think that side effect must be an intended consequence since it is the one side effect that if it is listed, you will get. After taking the first of the sinus medicine and the antibiotic, it seems to be a little less pressure and pain, so hopefully that is all it is.

All this dentist talk... I just spent $268.00 on a cleaning and check up and was in the office for 25 minutes!

Mike, you are lucky. I am sure that they will find something that has to be fixed and I rarely ever get out of there for less than $300 to $475. Just the cleaning is now $72 I think the last one was. That may have gone up by now as that was 6 months ago. And today is the full works, X-Rays and etc. I don't dread going to my doctor next week to have this thing cut out of my arm as much as I do this dental appointment. Ron :CRY: |

I get a chuckle out of the last few post .... wait, let me explain :) I was driving down the road in town the other day and my son said, "Dad, what's a Dental Spa" (Its a dentist office franchise that is growing around here) Before I could answer he said, "Is that like, where really old people take their false teeth for a dip in a Jacuzzi"? I was laughing so hard I had to pull over. :) Make it a Great Day. God only knows how many we have left! |

Steve, That was funny. Much more so than my trip this morning. Doug must want a new car as he managed to find the start of a cavity under one of my older filings with the x-ray, so now I have go go back the 23rd for him to fix that. Next week is my trip back to the doctor for my arm/. Darn, I am tired of going to the doctor and dentist. Ron :rolleyes: |

I haven't seen anything like that listed out here. Must be a new fancy set up so they can charge even more. I still liked Steve's son's answer best.

Well we are supposed to have rain off and on for the rest of the week.I need to get the weeds in my yards mowed but they still have water standing on the leaves and can't dry out as long as it is overcast and sprinkling every few hours. Ron :rolleyes: |
Chance of rain again for us today and tonight, I am not too sure I will see any this cycle though as most of it appears to be passing SW of us.

It isn't raining much here now either. Just enough to keep the street wet and make it kind of hard to do anything outside. The little mountains over on the other side of the dam have some snow on them near the tops.

Well the weather guy says we are to have snow on Friday.
I was kind of hoping the whole winter thing would be limited to the snow we already had. :eek: |

Tru, I heard on the news that you have another cold and snowy storm heading your way. Hope it misses you. All we are having is light rain and it just stays cool but not really cold. But I wish it would dry up enough for me to knock the weeds in my yards down. I went up to Winco at 1:30 AM this morning and got my grocery shopping done for another week or so. Ron ;) |

Our first day of sun for almost two weeks now. It is great for a break in the rain and wind, but way to wet to even walk in the yards. It is like walking on a giant sponge and my feet get wet the first few steps.So, as I am just now getting over the bad cold and sinus problems, I am staying in out of the cool air most of the time.
