Clay,
I've been thinking about a WRX for my next around town car. How has yours been?

Jamo,
Batmobile...heh, heh... The obvious question is: Since you live in California, where would you drive it? The obvious answer: Wherever you wanted! It's ugly as all hell, but you would never know it once you are bouncing around inside!

Is the split window a '63 vette, a bug, or something else entirely?
The R8 - race prototype or road car?
Any particular 917Ll? There were slight body differences, and major livery differences. The 917K was almost on my list - I'd probably go for the Pink Pig, or the purple hippy car.

I may have to think about a second list...

Steve

Steve, I bought a used '06 WRX Wagon with 6K miles a month ago. I had a 100K miles '00 Outback before that, and was impressed with it. I like Subarus. The WRX is a blast, and I split daily-driver duties between it and the Z06.

This list is only good for today as it may change when I wake up in the morning. I do like that Mercedes AMG CLK65 Black Series. Then again a Lightweight Galaxy would be cool.....

1. 427 Cobra
2. Noble M400 (More of you would have this on your list if you only knew what it was like to drive it.)
3. 68 Charger R/T
4. McLaren F1
5. Ferrari F40
6. BMW M5
7. VW Karmann Ghia Convertible

I currently own 1, 2 and 3 and love every minute of driving them. The Cobra is the most exciting driving experience on a nice day. The Noble is by far the best street legal track car around and a blast on the street too. The Charger is a great old muscle car and can fit the whole family. I only wish I could own or at least drive 4 and 5. 6 is the most enjoyable sedan I have ever driven. 7 I sold long ago and is missed. It was a great open air experience with a level of relaxation that is not possible in the Cobra.
