Default Hello From Rockaway, NJ!

Greetings fellow members!

I'm new to the forum. I don't own a Cobra yet, but eventually that will happen.

I do own 3 Thunderbirds (67, 71, 76) and two Cadillac Hearses.

I own a machine shop (3 CNC's with a 4th on the way) and am a published author on the topic.

Glad to be here!
-Doug

Cool

Would this be the same Doug R. of Aston Precision . You going head to head with Rick on Hearse's?

HHHHHHmmmmmmm, now that makes three, you, me, and a guy with a new SPF on Stony Brook. Welcome to CC

Bill S.

The one and the same! Aston Precision now in its 3rd year here in beautiful Rockaway!

So, I'm not the only hearse owner here? Hmm..

You know, Bill, we might have a friend or two in common!

Doug,

Welcome to the club and it sounds as if you have an impressive car collection already. You might want to ask one of the moderators to move this thread to The All Cobra Talk Forum as more people will see it there. What kind of Cobra are you thinking about?

Ron

Most likely, it'll be an ERA.
Probably 427 side oiler powered, with alot of specialized touches on it. But it's a way off, I've still got a few other things to take care of first.

The Thunderbirds are the ones I waited a long time for, each one being very special to me. The hearses were something special, that is, well, off the beaten path to be sure. The 75 hearse has but 16k on it, the 76 has only 30k.

Doug,

Only Mustangs and Cobras here, I'll pass on the hearse. As for ERA's, I had ERA234 last year, most likely you saw me driving around town in it. Pictures are in my gallery. Friend wise, yes, I'm positive that we have several in common.

Bill:

Beautiful ride. And yes, I do remember seeing it around town.

I'll have to upload pictures of the Thunderbirds. The 67 gets the most use of the three. The 71 (sports roof) and 76 (triple black) don't go out much yet.

I remember seeing one at Bruce's on Rt 46 last summer, was that yours?

OK, cool!

Bruce and Margarite are good friends as well as good customers.

Next time you're by, stop in!
