Nope...cuz if it was little ol me, I would already be well versed in N.Y. Times v. Sullivan, which undoubtedly you are not, and would realize I would have little chance of winning a case where the only way to prove the truth as a public official in that position would be to utilize documents and witnesses which are unavailable to me due to national security, where the door may not be opened only a little.
I read law books rather than Woodard's ramblings for the information I rely on. Then again, the law is nothing for you to worry your pretty little head about.
