Maybe because the white house has not approved the reports.

I saw a documentary this weekend hat the white house has to approve he news stories coming out of Iraq.

I have NO IDEA if it is true. I just saw it on the news.

I did see that the troops in Iraq had to be briefed on what GW was going to ask them and how and what the response should be.
