Woo hoo! I have an article published in the January issue of Corvette Magazine!
They have posted the article here, but the mag has pics with much better resolution. http://www.corvette-mag.com/art2/art2p1.html Ok, so it's about Corvettes, but at least they are L88s. :o The autograph queue starts now...;) Steve |

Yep, I got paid. I got an email from Jay Lamm asking if he could run it, and telling me what they would pay for it. I probably would have let them run it for free.
The only political stuff has to do with racing and a corporate buyout. Ron, The link I posted goes to an online version of the article. It's racing history, not political stuff. They have some good historical pics as well. Harold, I have written Cobra stuff - I've done all the long-winded driver bios over at Computerworks cobra site. He hasn't posted the last two I sent, so I've not bothered to write any more. The majority of Cobra guys seem less interested in history that the Corvette guys (though the Corvette guys history emphasis is mostly on stock). I think it's due to the fact that the majority of Cobras are still new. Steve |

I used to write magazine articles on very technical subjects when I was working, and the company paid $150 per magazine page. So I always made sure there were plenty of sketches and pictures. :LOL: :LOL: It's always nice to see your name in print. Keep up the good work. |
