Default Sunday munchies...

Anyone got a GOOD Mexican style recipe for dips?. I don't want something with 10-15 ingredients because I always forget 2 or 3 of em'. Just a simple GOOD dip. A little gathering for the guys and I gotta bring something. I'll consider anything as long as it's simple.

Thanks in advance....

Take a cup of softened cream cheese, a cup of sour cream and blend.
Add some drained salsa (you don't want it runny), jalapenos if you like things a bit hotter, and half of one of those taco seasoning packets.

Blend it all together and let it sit overnight.

My friends like Newmans hot salsa for this one - I prefer Daves Insanity. Just mix whatever you use to the tastes of the room.

Empty 1 can of chili into a bowl, add 1/2 of an 8oz cube of cream cheese. Microwave and stir well.

Super easy and VERY good. It will be gone in minutes!

Nothing like fresh Pico De Gallo. We got ours off of the internet. Chopped onion, chopped tomatoe, and little Jalepeno, cilantro, and a wee bit of lime juice. The onion, and tomotoe go 50/50, and the others add to taste. Remember if it sits over night it will get hotter, and leave out the seeds unless you like it really HOT!
