I have always said they gave her to much dope for the date rape. That it was not intentional, and they panicked. Giving her the drug should be the same as murder as far as I am concerned......................

I agree the punishment should be the same if the end result is the same. It is still murder, just the means are different. What is the difference? NONE!

Besides they do not know if she was dead when they threw her body into the sea. Just because she was not moving does not mean she was dead at the time. She could have just passed out.

Another thing to consider is alcohol poisoning. Was she so drunk she died from that, before they threw her body into the sea? We may never know for sure. I believe they have the right suspect though. The guy may have just made a bad decision when she passed out, but that is not the issue now since he has lied about it for so long.

If it was my daughter he would be safer "IN" jail.

Now he says he made it all up, it was all hypothetical...

I'm thinking he read OJ's book...
