See what happens when you go away....
for a week or so. All hell breaks loose. I feel like Moses coming down from the mountain and seeing his people with craven images, running wild in the streets..ah...er...sand. Could it be due to the return of a certain....well.....I mean.....oh forget it. I have to go mail my taxes......please behave.......

Yeesh! I come in here, raise the tone (poitive) and caliber of discussion... then go check on my other hobbies. Come back and this has happened! Its like that evolution picture showing monkeys turning into men, only in reverse.

I have also been too busy to visit for a week. I haven't got a clue what happened but it sure seems like the excrement hit the ventilator.

Wayne,
We had some rather trying threads for a while there and sad to say I think that one of my posts was part of it. It really came out wrong and I had made a suggestion that maybe a third moderator would take some of the load off Jamo and Ron. I know Turk was a moderator before he left and I thought they had the three of them then. But as it turned out I fear that both of them took it to mean I didn't think they were keeping up with the load and I meant the exact opposite. I have never seen better moderators on any site. Then Jamo let me know that he had taken Turks place and there weren't three of them back then. Anyway that has always been one of my largest problems. I can talk to people and get across what I mean, but when I try to type it, I have a really hard time getting what I am trying to say to come out right and have had a lot of people angry at me because of that. Even in college, they let me take some of the tests orally because I had such a hard time writing what I meant. Anyway in no way was I questioning either of them and I meant it as a helpful suggestion as I know they both work and spend huge amounts of time baby setting us. But it came out wrong and now I fear that I was classed in that group in that particular thread.

Oh well, since most of us don't understand Latin it will limit how many can fight about what is said.
