Interesting. Now if they can just find a way to lower the expense and make it work for larger areas. I forget which it is, but one of those countries uses a lot of geothermal energy to generate power too.
Still way expensive compared to the cost of electricity readily available to them from the main power generation plant. But, you gotta start somewhere...
Get a methane toilet stool. Instead of water in the tank it traps the methane gas and then you can let it out through lines and valves as you need it. Just don't do it again near where the heater is.
