Considering that NASCAR has suspended two of their people I kind of doubt if this was all made up. Maybe blown a little out of proportion, but only they and the person making the charges know the whole story. And if she did make any remarks that could be interpreted to encourage this, I doubt is she will mention them to her attorneys. Just have to wait and see what comes of it when it is all over with.

Well in that case it appears you meet the minimum standards of jurisprudence required by the Court recently.

USA Today June 17:

NASCAR admits 'violations' in suspending officials
By Gary Graves and Nate Ryan,

BROOKLYN, Mich. — Confirming two Nationwide Series officials were placed on leave for violating policy, NASCAR Chairman Brian France again reiterated his disappointment that allegations of sexual harassment and racial and gender discrimination in a $225 million lawsuit weren't reported earlier.

Countering claims by former Nationwide Series official Mauricia Grant, who filed the suit Tuesday, that her attempts to report the incidents had fallen on deaf ears with NASCAR officials, France said "she just didn't report anything to anybody.

"It's quite the opposite," France said during a Saturday afternoon news conference at Michigan International Speedway, site of Sunday's LifeLock 400 Sprint Cup race. "She was very pleased with her colleagues. Most of the comments we heard were that she liked her job, enjoyed being there, and liked the camaraderie of the officials. We just haven't found anyone who reported a claim.

With regard to your comments about my response to questions about why a case of this sort takes so long to file, it would seem to me that you must prefer to live as a mushroom if all you do is rely on news media...living in the dark and existing on sh!t.

As to your comments about what the Supreme Court does, you are most certainly entitled to your opinion, presuming you have enough intelligence to form one.

You reached out to me personally (I have no clue why)...just returning the favor.
